The zigzag path leads from the city center to the viewpoint Salen. You can find the start of the path in the street Salsgata, just behind the blue pavilion. For the walk up the serpentines 10 to 20 minutes are required depending on your endurance. You are rewarded then with spectacular views over the city. You can continue on your way over the mountain Salen with a round on the trail Gammelveien.
